Terms and Conditions for MT Invest

Welcome to MT Invest! These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the MT Invest mobile application ("App") and the investment services provided by MHlophe Tech ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By using or accessing the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the App and participate in investment opportunities, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.

2. Investment Risks

By using the App, you acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with high-yield investments. These investments may involve significant risks, and returns are not guaranteed. You agree to assume all risks associated with your participation and understand that you could lose part or all of your invested capital.

3. Investment Process

1. Account Registration: To use the App, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2. Funding Your Account: You may fund your account through various payment methods offered within the App. By funding your account, you authorize us to process the payment.

3. Investment Plans: We offer various investment plans with different risk levels, durations, and returns. You must read and understand the details of each plan before investing. All investments are made at your own discretion.

4. Withdrawals: You may request to withdraw your earnings or principal according to the terms of your selected investment plan. Withdrawal requests are subject to the approval process and may incur processing fees.

4. Fees and Charges

The Company may charge fees for certain services, such as:

• Transaction Fees: A fee for deposits, withdrawals, or transfers of funds.
• Management Fees: Fees associated with managing the investment accounts.

The Company reserves the right to modify or introduce new fees at its discretion, and any changes will be reflected in the App.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could harm the reputation or operation of the App.
• Engage in fraudulent, illegal, or manipulative activities related to investments.
• Share your account information or credentials with anyone else.
• Attempt to interfere with the App’s operations, including through hacking, malware, or other unauthorized means.

6. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated any of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of termination, any investments you have made may be subject to specific withdrawal conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any:

• Losses incurred due to the performance of any investment plan or changes in market conditions.
• Damages resulting from errors, interruptions, or failures in the App.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between you and the Company, we encourage you to contact our customer support team at info@mhlophetech.co.za to resolve the issue. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be governed by the laws of South Africa and may be subject to binding arbitration, if applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected in the App, and you will be notified accordingly. Your continued use of the App after such changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
